Rascal Flatt's member expecting a child

Rascal Flatts’ Joe Don Rooney, and wife Tiffany Fallon, are expecting their second child in September, according to People magazine. The two already have a 21-month old son named Jagger Donovan. They found out they were expecting while staying at the same L.A. hotel where they learned they were pregnant with Jagger. Joe Don told the publication. “There's such fulfillment in being a father and it's going to be two-fold now, which is so cool.” Joe Don and Tiffany were married in April 2006.
