JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (AP) _ Officials at East Tennessee State University have frozen the school's concert account after overspending on a Carrie Underwood show in March by more than $200,000. The university is blaming human error. A school administrator says someone misread a computer screen and thought there was more money available than there really was. The concert cost the school $534,000. It was free to students and faculty members.
